Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
Private yoga therapy sessions can help alleviate stress, assist in healing, and create greater awareness of the mind and body connection. From a young age, I learned yoga and meditation from my parents, who were members of the Self-Realization Felllowship, which was created by Parmahansa Yogananda. In 2010, I completed my 200 Yoga Certification from Core Power Yoga. However, I have studied and practiced many different styles of yoga, including viyanasa, Baptiste power yoga, Chinese yoga, and Bikram for 10 years.
Private sessions can be done in the privacy of your own home via video. Classes are designed and taught to meet your specific needs and abilities. Clients are encouraged to process emotions that arise during meditations or postures at the beginning or end of sessions.

What does a private yoga sesssion look like?
A private yoga session is usually 60 minutes and is done via video in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and abilities. Classes include guided meditation, postures, and time to process emotions, insights, or ask questions.
How much does a yoga session cost?
$30 per hour session or $100 for four sessions a month
