Private yoga therapy sessions can help alleviate stress, assist in healing, and create greater awareness of the mind and body connection. From a young age, I learned yoga and meditation from my parents, who were members of the Self-Realization Fellowship, which was created by Parmahansa Yogananda. In 2010, I completed my 200 Yoga Certification from Core Power Yoga. However, I have studied and practiced many different styles of yoga, including vinyasa, Baptiste power yoga, Chinese yoga, and Bikram for 10 years.
Private sessions can be done in the privacy of your own home through a confidential HIPPA-compliant video platform. Classes are designed and taught to meet your specific needs and abilities. Clients are encouraged to process emotions that arise during meditations or postures at the beginning or end of sessions.
