Your Journey, Supported with Care
Welcome! I’m Dayne. I am a solution-focused, empathetic, and trauma-informed counselor with extensive experience supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate a wide range of mental health concerns and family dynamics. My clinical background includes working with issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, suicidal ideation, communication challenges, trust difficulties, blended families, and co-parenting dynamics. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling to children, teens, and adults.
Dayne DiSesa, Licensed Master Social Worker
Grounded in family systems work, I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities into my practice, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, attachment-focused approaches, and play therapy techniques. I believe that effective therapy honors the whole person, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My approach centers on active listening, authenticity, and building strong therapeutic rapport. I work alongside clients to identify strengths, clarify goals, and develop practical strategies that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change. My goal is to help individuals and families move toward greater balance, connection, and emotional well-being.
