Your Journey, Supported with Care

Welcome! I’m Dayne. I’m a Masters-level Social Worker and therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing journey. I believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust, collaboration, and genuine human connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths.

Dayne DiSesa, Licensed Master Social Worker

Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient care, inpatient behavioral health, and community-based services. My experience includes supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and behavioral health concerns.

I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-Based approaches, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether we’re working on developing healthier coping skills, understanding patterns that are keeping you stuck, or strengthening communication and relationships, my approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in compassion.

My background includes roles as a therapist through Ascend Telehealth, an adult clinician at Entune Behavioral Health, a social worker at Palo Verde Behavioral Health, a recreational therapist at Sonora Behavioral Health, and a community counselor supporting youth and families. These experiences have helped me develop a deep appreciation for the resilience people carry and the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and am licensed to practice in Arizona.

No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to help you feel supported, validated, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence and clarity. I’m here to help you grow — at your pace, in your way.
