Creating Safe Spaces for Growth Together
Welcome! I’m Samantha, and I believe that healing begins with connection and understanding. My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate, blending structure, curiosity, and a little humor to help individuals, couples, and families strengthen communication and build emotional balance.
Samantha Williams, Marriage & Family Therapy Intern
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation with a minor in Special Education from the University of Arizona and hold a graduate certificate in Contemporary Mental Health Services. I am currently completing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. My work is influenced by Bowen Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, and behavioral principles, which means I focus on both the patterns that shape relationships and the small, practical steps that create real change.
I am also a veteran with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. I strive to create a safe, relaxed space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you are navigating family dynamics, life transitions, or personal challenges, I will meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
