Depth-Oriented Healing and Transformation
At the heart of therapy lies the journey toward self-discovery and healing. Rooted in Jungian depth psychology and trauma-informed care, Tarrin Anderson, LAC, offers a therapeutic approach that honors both the unconscious mind and the lived experiences of each individual. With a special focus on LGBTQIA2S+ communities and those navigating spiritual and relational trauma, Tarrin creates a compassionate space where clients can explore, heal, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Tarrin Anderson (she/her), LAC, Jungian-Oriented Therapist
Tarrin is a depth-oriented psychotherapist whose work draws from the rich traditions of Jungian psychology, integrating the exploration of archetypal patterns, symbolic imagery, and the unconscious mind with modern trauma-informed therapies. With a particular focus on working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, Tarrin helps clients navigate the complex terrain of spiritual, religious, and relational trauma, facilitating healing through both introspective depth work and evidence-based modalities.
As a certified trauma professional trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Tarrin offers a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach, recognizing that healing is a deeply personal and often nonlinear process. Her work emphasizes the importance of the inner landscape—how dreams, myths, and symbols provide access to deeper layers of the psyche, offering a language through which transformation can occur.
In the therapeutic space, Tarrin fosters an environment of openness, trust, and warmth. Drawing from both her clinical expertise and a deep respect for the unique stories of each individual, she creates a safe container for exploring the often painful, yet profoundly meaningful, experiences that shape one's identity. With particular sensitivity to the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals, Tarrin offers a space where clients can reclaim their authentic selves, free from the constraints of societal or familial conditioning.
With a deep belief in the wisdom of the unconscious and the transformative power of self-understanding, Tarrin views therapy as a sacred journey of integration, where the soul’s voice can be heard and the psyche can find its way back to wholeness.
