If you are struggling with managing chronic stress, feeling overwhelmed, tired, disconnected, or have trouble with concentration or focus, individualized yoga therapy sessions can help alleviate these symptoms! Yoga therapy can help you feel more energized, grounded, focused, clear-headed, as well as improve mindfulness, the ability to be present, mind-body connection, and cultivate healthy self-esteem and self-love.

Private yoga therapy sessions can also help heal trauma stored in the body by allowing suppressed emotional memories to release through linking breath to slow movements. From a young age, I learned yoga and meditation from my parents, who were members of the Self-Realization Fellowship, which was created by Paramahansa Yogananda. In 2010, I completed my 200 Yoga Certification from Core Power Yoga. However, I have studied and practiced many different styles of yoga, including vinyasa, Baptiste power yoga, Chinese (yin) yoga, and Bikram for over 10 years.

Private sessions can be done in the privacy of your own home  and are designed and taught to  meet your specific needs and abilities. Clients are encouraged to process emotions that arise during meditations or postures at the beginning or end of sessions.
